In the afternoon kicks off the big CES-trade fair for consumer electronics in the process. See here when all producers live streamer all the news.
The start of the new year is always equal to the CES in Las Vegas, where consumer electronics in all shapes and sizes will be launched and displayed rather than the press and people in the profession.
Most major manufacturers of smartphones is, of course, also be included, but when is it right that Samsung or LG’s event goes loose? You can get an overview of below.
Sony: today at 14:30
Sony was quickly out with an invitation to CES and is also one of the first to show the news. 14:30 start Sony’s event, where you probably can expect a Sony Xperia Z5 Ultra. It is believed to have a big monitor with same high 6.44 “4 k-resolution as Xperia Z5 Premium.
You can follow Sony’s event on a livestream here.
LG: today at 5:00 pm
At CES-the website says that LG this afternoon will give a sneak peek at what’s in store for the rest of the year, but what it covers, is not to say. Despite rumors that a 3. generation of LG G Flex does not come to this year’s CES exhibition, one can still hope for it.
On LGs website will get a livesteam, so you can follow along with real close to home. You can even provide your email address and be notified as soon as the event begins.
Huawei: today at 19:00
In the evening, you can find out what Chinese Huawei has of news. Huawei Mate 8, which recently launched, probably will find their way to the event, and then there are also reports of a P9-model with no less than 6 GB of RAM. It sounds almost too good to be true, and if it is also what we are hopefully wiser.
Samsung: today at 23:00
If you must follow what Samsung has of news, you need to keep you awake till 23:00 in the evening due to the time difference between Denmark and the United States.
There have been rumors that briefly Galaxy S7 and the other variants would already be ready for a launch at CES, but it is now very unlikely. More likely, on the other hand, is an international launch of Galaxy A9, and then go there also rumours about some more alternative products.
A smart belt named WELT (as in wearable belt) as a form of fitnesstracker will also be launched together with a VR controller and a gadget named TipTalk, who can listen to sounds emitted by other electronic gizmos.
On the SamsungTomorrows YouTube channel you can live streame event.
Lenovo: Thursday afternoon or evening
On a yet unknown time during the Thursday afternoon or evening Danish time goes Lenovo on stage, and despite already having unveiled several products prior to CES, waiting there still yet another novelty.
Lenovo has namely teaset for a collaboration with Google’s Project Tango, which is a project in which Google and various manufacturers join forces to create URf.eks. tablets with special sensors and cameras to add new dimensions to the use of electronics.
It can be motion detection, depth perception and spatial recognition. The objective is therefore to increase the possibilities of what can be done with the technology, and it will translate into a new product with Lenovo.
Back is manufacturers such as HTC, ASUS and Microsoft, but there are no indications that they will be finding with some with something new this year. And then there’s Apple, which traditionally never participate in such exhibitions as CES or Mobile World Congress.
Not all events that will be streamed live. Instead, there will be press releases with the same thing, which of course also follows up on the mobile site.
